the Facilitator Path
A Women's Coaching & Apprenticeship Journey
This pathway is for women called to hold space, guide, and create sanctuaries of healing, ceremony, and remembrance.
Over 12 weeks and an optional 6–12 month apprenticeship, you'll strengthen your voice, deepen your presence, and step into your authentic role as a facilitator — not by copying a formula, but by discovering the irreplaceable presence only you carry.
Tier 1: The Roots
(12 Weeks / 3 Months) — $3,000
Plant your roots. Learn the fundamentals of space-holding, nervous system regulation, and ceremonial presence while practicing in a live peer container.
Includes 12 weekly group training calls, 3 private coaching sessions, and a private integration community.
Tier 2: The Apprentice
(6 Months Total)
Move from theory into practice. Everything in the Roots Path, plus 3 additional private coaching sessions and an apprenticeship role at a live AURION or Solii event.
Tier 3: The Keeper’s Circle
(6–12 Months)
For those called to go all the way. Everything in the Apprentice Path, plus ongoing mentorship, guaranteed facilitator roles, and support designing your own offerings.
You leave as a fully integrated ceremonial keeper and co-leader within the AURION & Solii ecosystems.
Why This Path Matters
We are at a turning point where the world needs a different kind of leadership rooted in grace, intuition, collaboration, emotional intelligence, nurturance, receptivity, love, flow. These qualities have always existed in women, but they have not always had a space to lead. This is why we created one.
The Facilitator Path exists to cultivate women who can:

Navigate the subconscious and energetic dimensions of facilitation with confidence.
Vision future scenarios and learn to respond with clarity and presence.
Hold the standard of intentional space.
Step forward as leaders who can guide humanity through profound transitions.
