A Women’s Coaching + Apprenticeship Journey with AURION

This pathway is especially designed for women (and those resonating with the feminine way of facilitation) who feel called to hold space, guide, and create sanctuaries of healing, ceremony, and remembrance.

The Facilitator Path is a 12-week program and optional 6–12 month apprenticeship designed to help you step into your authentic facilitator role. This will support you in strengthening your voice, your presence, and your ability to guide others through transformational experiences.

This is a pathway into the AURION ecosystem to rise as leaders, guides, and ceremonial keepers.

Within AURION, facilitators are not trained to copy a formula. Instead, we dive deep into your psyche, your gifts, and your vision, helping you discover the irreplaceable presence you bring as a guide.


Through subconscious reprogramming, visionary scenario work, and live practice, you’ll learn to navigate the unseen layers of group dynamics, ceremony, and transformation.

Tier 1: The Seed Path

(12 Weeks / 3 Months) — $3,000

Foundations of Facilitation & Self-Leadership

The Seed Path is where you plant your roots as a facilitator. Over three months, you will learn the fundamentals of space-holding and practice stepping into your authentic voice.

What’s included:

  • 12 x Weekly 90-min Group Training + Practice Calls
    First half teaching & training, second half peer practice with live feedback.

  • 3 x Private 90-min Coaching Sessions (one each month) with me for personalized mentoring.

  • Private integration group for accountability, reflection, and community.

What you’ll learn:

  • Foundations of facilitation & ceremonial presence.

  • Nervous system regulation & somatic awareness.

  • Peer practice in guiding meditations, inquiry circles, and ritual space.

  • Overcoming imposter syndrome & stepping into your authentic facilitator identity.

Outcome: You leave feeling empowered, confident, and ready to begin holding safe, authentic spaces. You may choose to continue into The Apprentice Path to step into live facilitation.

Tier 2: The Apprentice Path

(6 Months Total) — $6,000–7,000

Facilitation in Practice

This is where you move from theory into practice. The Apprentice Path is a continuation of your foundations, extending your journey to six months and bringing you into the AURION field of live facilitation.

What’s included:

  • Everything in The Seed Path.

  • +3 Additional 90-min Private Coaching Sessions (one each month during the extension).

  • Apprenticeship role at one AURION event (virtual, one-day, or multi-day retreat).

  • Post-retreat debrief & personalized feedback.

Outcome: You step into facilitation in real time, apprenticing within a live AURION container and receiving mentorship as you refine your presence.

Tier 3: The Keeper’s Circle

(6–12 Months) — $10,000+

Integration into the AURION Ecosystem

For the women called to go all the way. The Keeper’s Circle is a deep mentorship pathway that not only brings you into facilitation but helps you design and lead offerings of your own.

What’s included:

  • Everything in The Apprentice Path.

  • +3–6 Additional Private Coaching Sessions (monthly or bi-monthly).

  • Guaranteed facilitator roles at multiple AURION (virtual, one-day, or multi-day) retreats.

  • Mentorship on designing your own retreats, workshops, and offerings.

Outcome: You become a fully integrated member of the AURION ecosystem, serving as a trusted co-leader and ceremonial keeper. This is a path of mastery, service, and sovereignty.
