Shedding Your Conditioning NOVEMBER 7TH -10TH 2024

We call this experience Shedding Your Conditioning. Timed to coincide with the falling leaves, Shedding Your Conditioning focuses on shedding old patterns and embracing new beginnings. We provide an intimate and innovative experience that begins weeks before our physical time together on retreat. Our pilot program this fall is specially designed to shift the paradigm of wellness retreats in favor of imprinting lasting change.

Your journey begins the moment you commit, with a week of preparatory work to get clear on where you’re at and your goals for the future. This includes one-on-one coaching with your facilitators and time connecting with the group. We then come together as the leaves fall to let go, welcome in, and begin the repatterning process. Two weeks of potent integration time follow—where we cement our work on retreat, further engraining all we are calling in and who we are becoming.

At Solii, the Shedding Your Conditioning retreat is deeply connected to my personal journey of breaking free from societal expectations and rediscovering my true purpose. After years in the high-pressure world of tech sales, I felt unfulfilled and disconnected from the deeper meaning I was seeking in life. This led me on a path of self-discovery, where I found that true fulfillment comes from aligning with your authentic self and shedding the layers of conditioning that keep you trapped.

Through transformative practices like meditation, breathwork, sound healing, and psychedelic guidance, I realized that we all have unique gifts waiting to be uncovered. Now, I help others navigate this journey, creating a space for them to release old patterns, embrace their true purpose, and find fulfillment in a world where technology is shifting the landscape. Sheenae Bunzel ~ Retreat Leader

Founder Solii

Sheenae Bunzel is an entrepreneur and guide who helps facilitate transformational journeys for individuals seeking deeper purpose through modalities such as breathwork, sound journeys, meditation, spiritual advising, and psychedelic guiding. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Integral Noetic Science with a focus on Psychedelic Studies, Sheenae continues to expand her expertise in consciousness and healing. Through her practice, Solii, she bridges the high-tech world with the need for deep personal growth, offering spaces where individuals can realign with their most authentic selves. Inspired by a vision during an ayahuasca ceremony, Sheenae’s seasonal retreat series helps participants release old patterns, embrace their purpose, and catalyze meaningful change in their lives and communities.

Eliza Butler ~ Co-Facilitator

Somatic Psychotherapist & Kundalini Yoga

Eliza is a trauma-informed somatic therapist, Kundalini yoga teacher, and breathwork guide who helps clients reconnect to their joy and vitality. With Masters degrees in both Integrative Health and Counseling Psychology, she combines her training in Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, and over 800 hours of breathwork practice to support those navigating trauma, burnout, anxiety, and depression. Eliza’s approach is rooted in the belief that the answers lie within, waiting to be uncovered, and she integrates her diverse knowledge to guide clients toward healing and transformation.

Maggie Betz ~ Co-Facilitator

Human Design Guide & Functional Fitness

Maggie is a Human Design guide, functional fitness instructor, and macrame teacher who helps individuals connect with their most authentic selves. Using Human Design, she guides clients in understanding their energy type and decision-making strategies, empowering them to step into their true purpose. Through creativity, movement, and personalized coaching, Maggie fosters growth and helps clients unlock their full potential both physically and mentally.

Blake Whitman ~ Co-Owner

Sterling Forest Lodge

Blake is the Chief Forest Whisperer at Sterling Forest Lodge, where he leads the outdoor program. A trained Mindful Outdoor Guide, Blake’s Mindful Outdoor Experience blends forest bathing, nature mindfulness, and deep ecology. His passion for connecting people to nature will help you ground into the present moment and reconnect with yourself through nature.

Heather Neff ~ Co-Owner

Sterling Forest Lodge

Heather is the Wellness Director at Sterling Forest Lodge, overseeing the yoga studio and culinary program. A passionate practitioner of Ayurveda, she creates nourishing, seasonal meals sourced from local farms and the Lodge’s own organic garden. Her focus on food as medicine and holistic wellness ensures that guests are nourished and supported throughout their retreat, aligning their experience with the rhythms of nature and well-being.

Our Pricing model

Getting to the Retreat: Flights and related travel expenses are not included in the pricing below. Please plan to arrive at the lodge by Thursday at 3:00pm.

The closest airports to Stowe, Vermont are:

Burlington International Airport (BTV) - 1 hour

Montreal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (YUL) - 3 hours

Retreat Fees and Accommodations: We have created an all inclusive package of facilitation, food, and a range of lodging options from a private king with a shared bathroom to the grand suite with a fire place and claw bathtub.

Generosity: Two weeks after your retreat, we invite you to participate in a Ceremony of Generosity as part of your integration process. During this ceremony, you will have the opportunity to contribute to future participants who may not be able to afford the base costs of future retreats. How much you give is entirely up to you.

Solii Retreats is a nonprofit, so all donations will be tax deductible.
